Here's the finished cake. I added a little cinnamon to the frosting because I love the taste of cinnamon and pineapple together. Also, the recipe called for crushed pineapple but all I had was pineapple tidbits so I used those. I wished I would've used the crushed pineapple because the tidbits were a bit too big. Either way it was so good.

More Zuchinni
After browsing for more zucchini recipes I found one for pineapple zucchini sheet cake here. I tried it out last night and it is delicious. I still have more than half of my huge zucchini left so I'll probably try making fried zucchini tomorrow.
