I bought this table cloth at a yard sale a few weeks ago and thought I'd try to sew matching mother daughter skirts out of it. I'm new to sewing and so far I've only sewn a few things like aprons, some pillows and a dress that didn't turn out so well. Here's how the skirts turned out:
