Spaghetti and Meatballs


The other day I made my first meatballs. They were a lot easier to make than I thought they'd be. I don't have a specific recipe that I used. I made them with about a pound of ground beef, mixed in an egg, half a cup of Italian bread crumbs, a handful of Romano cheese, three cloves chopped garlic, salt, pepper, a little Worcestershire sauce and dried parsley and oregano.






I rolled them into inch and a half balls and baked them for about 20 minutes. I made a basic tomato sauce but the jar stuff would be just as good.
